My experience with Paul has been positive from every angle but what stands out the most is how quickly a driver arrives after I’ve requested a ride. There’s been virtually no wait time but that’s actually only about a third of the complements I would pay – next would be the vehicles, which are always spotlessly clean, newer model cars and the drivers are polite but also very familiar with this area. Maybe it’s the technology that’s available now but they never have a problem finding my destinations.
From the standpoint of personalized service, I’ve been pleased with the way you recognize my phone number when I call and how you remember the places I visit frequently. This extra bit of customer service has made getting around that much easier.
